Had a fab experience with this agency! I was desperately looking for a same day tour to Mt Etna, and they got me one seat for the evening. Antonio is a good and pleasant man to deal with. I booked another trip with them as they were most helpful. Antonio also explained the journey and station info. Well worth the agency fee of 5!!

Incompétent , impoli , n'a même pas essayer de nous aider à trouver un retour en bateau de Palerme à Gênes . Je l' ai fais moi même en 5 mns avec l'ordinateur que le gérant du camping m'a gentillement prêté .
