Dr. Dougherty has gone above and beyond his duty has a doctor for me since day one. Words cannot express what a extraordinary person and doctor he is. Taos is very lucky to have Dr. Dougherty. Wonderful office staff!

My husband had a great visit here. The doctor was very helpful and referred us to a fantastic dermatologist in Albuquerque for the surgery he needed. The staff was all very helpful and my husband is not easily pleased with doctor's visits. Thank you High Road Dermatology!

Dr. Good is excellent and I would give her four stars (withholding a star because she doesn't have a blue light machine); however, one of her staff was extremely rude. I called in for a simple eczema prescription and was told that because Dr. Good hadn't seen me for over a year, they would not issue a prescription. Given I never actually reached Dr. Good herself, I assume this was an error on her staff member's part. I told them that I had been diagnosed with eczema last year by another doctor back East. They still refused to fill the prescription. When I asked why, I was told it was THE RULES. Whose rules were never made clear to me. I did find out that it's not a national or state RULE when I finally got my prescription through another doctors. When I pushed Dr. Good's staff member on whose RULE this was and pointed out that it was illogical, the staff member hung up on me. So if you can get to Dr. Good, she's good, but beware of the staff or of this particular staff member. If I had a choice, given my recent treatment, I'd go elsewhere, but in Taos there is little to no medical choice.

Worst clinic to visit. The receptionist was rude. Dr.Good seemed rushed and was not very informative. I left the office feeling pretty down. She talked to me for 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Had so many questions but never got to ask them because of how rushed and uncomfortable it was. The worst part was she gave me prescription a that costed 300 dollars.

While I appreciate Dr Good's level of knowledge and skill, the way the office functions is horrible. The person at the front desk made repeated mistakes and then offered excuses as opposed to corrections or apologies. As I waited to see the doctor, I also overheard several conversations regarding scheduling which led me to conclude scheduling is done on a popularity basis/whether or not the staff likes you/went to high school with you vs actual patient need.
