It’s 8:11pm and I’ve still yet to get my mail and packages for the day! Place is understaffed and unprofessional!

USPS tracking showed package was available for pick up at 9:30AM. There was nothing in my box. Completed several hours of errands, and went back. Still nothing in my box. Showed my tacking info at the desk and asked for my package. The attendant told me that eady four pickup\ actually meant the package was scanned to be delivered, and stated that they wouldn't get around to that until after lunch (2pm). Received text notification from USPS tacking that delivery was made at 4:52PM. They left a pickup card instead of putting the anal package it in my mailbox or a parcel locker. It should not take 72 hours to get a small package that was in the building the entire time.

Terrible Service! Went in to pick up a package they were like what makes you think you have a package?!?! WHAT? Seriously? Then after giving them my tracking number they were like oh... I gotta see if the package is here or with the carrier.... Ummm Amazon says the package is here.... How do they know what you have and don't have and you don't? Finally with the assistance of a much nicer old lady I got the package...
