Bought a bike from Gatto about 12 years ago and had such great experience that after I moved to WV I went back to them buy another one. Mike, Craig and Marisa are real people which I appreciate. Not fake just blowing hot air to try to get you to buy something. If I ever decide to trade in the bike I just bought for another one I'll be making the trip to Gatto again!

Somehow I just knew going to Gatto's was going to be the right choice. While other shops in the area have no bikes in store, Gatto's had 2 options for me within minutes of my walking into the shop. The crew, including the manager, was pleasant, knowledgeable, insightful and VERY PATIENT with me. Did not expect to take a test ride on both, and was encouraged to take as much time as I needed. I walked out with my new bike feeling very excited about the coming Spring and my cycling. MUST GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO RYAN!!! My salesman was so kind and encouraging. Never felt pushed, pressured or upsold. This was truly a 5 star experience!!!
