AVOID THIS COMPANY. NO REFUND OR ANY HELP IN CASE OF 2 HOUR DELAY. THERE ARE BETTER AND CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES!!!! The ferry from Tangier to Tarifa was delayed for 2 hours, so because of FRS I missed last bus going to Cadiz and had to take taxi for 150 euro. FERRIES OF OTHER COMPANIES WERE ON TIME THOUGH. The employees of FRS in Tarifa didn’t help at all, were even laughing a bit when I asked them how I could get to Cadiz at night. After one month they sent me an email with ridiculous reason why that ferry was delayed and said it was not their fault. Yeah, it is always easy to say that. However, it was their fault. There were just few people going to Tarifa with me, so they probably decided to save costs and wait for the next ferry. NO REFUND, THEY JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. NEVER AGAIN!

This FRS Ferry (hydrofoil) office is one of several offices in this windsurfing town at the southernmost point of continental Europe. It is located on a corner at 16, Avenida Andalucia in the new area of Tarifa. You will find it efficient and never crowded, and you can purchase tickets for Tangier, Morocco, if you don't want to get them at the FRS office at the Puerto de Tarifa.
Why can't I pay with dirhams on-board?
Organisation déplorable. Rentré parmi les tout premier et dernier à sortir. Incompétence de la personne qui nous a placé malgré lui avoir expliqué que d'habitude ce n'est pas comme cela que l'on nous place. Pas de bienveillance, empathie et encore moi de geste commercial comme une petite boisson pour les enfants. Bref, je regrette de les avoir choisis.
Arrivé 1h avant pour monter parmi les premiers. Finalement 4e voiture à rentrer et dernière à sortir. Organisation déplorable et incompétence de la personne qui nous a placés. Pas de gestion des réclamations, c'est comme cela un point c'est tout. Sortie de Tanger très tard. C'est la dernière fois avec ce ferry. Je n’ai jamais eu ce problème avec l'autre compagnie.
La atención por parte de una camarera a bordo ha sido lamentable, ademas de borde y desagradable, no sabía ni lo que llevaban los muffin que vendía, vamos ni me lo como ni me devolvió el dinero, una AUTENTICA ESTAFA, además de haber salido una hora y pico tarde, NO LO REOMIENDO esta compañia PARA NADA
