They frequently cancel return trip from Tangier with no notice, and they don't offer any refunds. We had to take a taxi to another port, buy a new ferry ticket from a different company, and take another taxi back to our car. Avoid Inter Shipping.

There was no ferry at the time that I booked tickets online for. I was never sent any communication about the change so had to wait 2 hours for the next departure.

Simply terrible! Ferry's are cancelled without any reason and without refunding money. In July 2017 we bought 4 tickets for the 9.00h ferry from Tarifa to Tanger on the internet. One day before departure, we already went to the harbour in Tarifa to pick up our tickets. There they told us that tomorrow there wouldn't go any ferry at 9.00h. Without giving any explanation! (Maybe the ferry was not fully booked?!) We asked for refunding our 194 euro's, but because we bought our tickets on the internet, they said that they couldn't pay us back instantly. We were asked to fill out a form on their website and had to wait for \one our two months\ for our money. Of course we protested, but there was no other option. We filled out the form on their website, but now, nine months later, and after many e-mails and phone calls to Intershipping, we still haven't received our money back. Avoid this company!

From Tarifa to Tanger was good. Just the passport control queue in the ferry was bad. Bud from Tanger to Tarifa we had a delay of 1h.
