The owner of AM Mobile RV Services Alan came to our house 3 times to do plumbing and heating repairs on our RV this week. He was EXCELLENT, prompt and reasonable. He was both courteous and efficient. We highly recommend using him for any and all repairs.

If you're not using Alan you're seriously missing out. A true professional in every way. Knowledgeable, fast, kind, good price and service. He will make sure you're 100% taken care of and your issue is resolved before he ends the job. We had issues with electrical and he suggested multiple solutions, and made sure not to replace parts unless we needed. Which we didn't. He followed up and made sure everything was working. Great company!
Didn't have much experience with RV Techs but I was given his name. I called and while he was an hour away, he gladly gave me an appt to come and replace all my batteries. Alan was on time, friendly and VERY knowledgeable (PLUS he was very patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions!). He had called me the day before our appt to give me an estimate so I would know what we were looking at. He checked a couple of other things for me that I had asked about. Talk about A customer service! And I felt very reasonable price for his expertise!

We are full time RV'ers and keeping our RV home in shape and good working order is extremely important to us. We had an issue with our water heater. Not being from the Hill Country area around Concan/Leaky, and 60 miles from the nearest Service Center, we did not know who to call or where to go. I asked around in our RV park but no one had much positive to say about the service techs that had worked on other rigs. Looking online, I saw the reviews on AM Mobile Services. While there weren't many, and as a Google Reviewer myself, I know it isn't always about the number of reviews but the quality of the review. The company seemed to have a good rep, so I called Allen. He was on time, in fact a bit early, his van was clearly marked with his company name and logo, which let me know he wasn't some fly-by-night, jack of all trades, master of none kind of service Tech. Allen was dressed professionally, well spoken and very knowledgeable about RV systems. It was apparent he had all the necessary tools to do nearly any job and carried spare parts for those systems which tend to fail most often. Explaining our problem, Allen proposed a few solutions and went about doing what needed to be done. He also offers a 2 years labor guarantee....as long as we have been RVing, this is unheard of, but most welcome. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and the cleanliness in which he left our home. We recommend Allen and AM Mobile RV Service fully and without hesitation. In fact, he will become this RV Parks' go to Service Tech in the future. Thanks Allen for doing a great job!!!
I was in Garner State Park and my AC went out late in the evening. I reached out to Alan and he responded immediately. He gave me some things to check on my own which I did and solved the problem. Alan didn't make any money off this interaction but yet he didn't hesitate to help me. What a true professional. Next time I need RV service my first call will be to Alan and AM Mobile RV Service. I highly recommend them.
I had Alan come out to do some work on my 5th wheel. I had him reseal the roof and clean my AC's and a few other things. When he was done. My AC's blows just like they did the day i picked it up. My roof all i can say is wow!! The roof looks better now then the day i picked it up. I highly recommend him for all your rv needs. If you are looking for reasonable prices and is very knowledgeable then Alan is the guy to call. Thanks alan!!!!
