My wife and I enjoy staying at Seven Canyons Ranch. It was only two short nights and definitely not enough to time explorer the area. The owner came and introducing himself to us and made us feels welcome! Robert also gave us a quick tour of the ranch! we saw buffalos, Elks, Axis Deer, turkeys, antelope, and their pet longhorn cows and a zebra while staying there! We love Seven Canyons Ranch! We will find time to come back soon. Despite all the positive, things that we wish that they can improve upon are the main road Seco Pass are very rough with loose gravels, with Seven Canyons Ranch located about 1 mile in from the main Road 470, you'll have a tough time if you're driving a sedan or sports car. They didn't have any filtered drinking water, so I would say bring your own drink water! Two complimentary bottles of water per room would've been nice. When staying here you'll have to look past the small room and basic amenities and explorer the outdoor, enjoy nature, animals and breathe the fresh air the peacefulness of this place! You will go home wishing you could stay a little longer. (Seco Pass is a private road that may required all the owners to agree to make improvements so I don't think this will happen anytime soon.)

Highly recommend! We were greeted by elk and bison (so great) and stayed in the tree house (cute, cozy, and perfect little kitchen). The hiking was beautiful, too. I left behind an important item in the treehouse and these wonderful people bent over backwards to return it to me. Cannot say enough things about how friendly and kind they have been. Thank you, Becky and SCR! Hope to come stay again soon.

The property is truly unbelievable- great trails that are challenging, nice/clean accommodations, breathtaking views and the wildlife is mesmerizing. The owner is gracious and generous with his time and ensuring guests have a great experience. Rooms with bunk beds are crowded but the outside is why you go there! Spacious common areas- beyond our expectations.

Seven Canyons Ranch is our favorite place in the Hill Country. We've stayed in both the Lodge and the Tree House and both are just wonderful. They both have everything you need, and are just beautiful, inside and out. The trails are fun to explore, the views spectacular, and the animals are fun to watch. A perfect place for a Hill Country getaway.

What an AMAZING place! Be sure to explore the well-maintained hiking trails on the property! So much wildlife roaming around... longhorns, buffalo, elk, deer, rams, a ZEBRA!, turkeys, hogs and more. Property is clean and cozy. Hot tub was amazing under a sky full of stars. Great for a peaceful getaway, only a few short hours outside of Austin. Had the good fortune to meet the property owners, Robert and Joan, and they were so kind and full of knowledge about all the animals and the property. Hoping to be back soon to share this hidden treasure with more friends and family!

Amazing place! My husband and I spent a weekend in this awesome ranch and it was too short to fully enjoy it. Our room was pretty decorated as the house in the wild Southwest style. We loved it! Buffalo trail was nice for us in the morning, while in the afternoon we visit the Garner State Park and Lost Maples. I truly recommend this beautiful ranch. Thank you for having us :)
