The employees were knowledgeable and helpful with finding the correct sponge for my needs. Also have great smelling soaps and creams. I’ll be back!

I was harassed by the lady behind the counter. Very poor customer service. I took my business elsewhere. Everyone else at all the shops were so friendly and welcoming. If you are going to visit the sponge docks I would suggest not setting foot inside this business!!

Don't waste your time. The owner is rude and condescending. Drives away customers and constantly is on the phone. The owner Kelly Spiliotis yells at customers when they ask a question. She should be behind the scene and not customer facing. She even gives herself a 5 star review. Lol There are other and better stores in Tarpon Springs. Avoid this one at all costs.
