Not professional! They really forgot to order the rubber around the window pane that had to be replaced and were ignoring my complaints. Not worthy of the BMW brand! Because of Ivan's lack of thoughtfulness, we had to spend three more nights in this unfriendly Spanish region.

Had very negative experience installing a security camera. Booked an appointment, came with a brand new BMW OEM camera, handed it in and asked to install. They quoted the price, took the car away and 2.5 hours later it was ready to pick up. At first all seemed fine and only at home noticed that they did just half the install, only the front camera, but not the rear. Had to waste my time again, go there, explain that install was only half done. They took the car again for another 2 hours, completed the installation and to my surprise presented me with another bill. It was totally their mistake doing half the installation of an original BMW camera, they made me go back and forth multiple times and in the end charged me twice as well. Instead of an apology, they even tried to argue that it was my fault that I didn’t make it clear that both cameras in the original BMW box were supposed to be installed. And when I asked to speak to the manager after 20 mins of extra waiting he didn’t even bother to come out, only to send back his colleague again to argue that it wasn’t their fault. No appreciation of their own mistakes, no appreciation of regular customers, really don’t care about customer satisfaction. Unnecessary stubbornness and unprofessionalism.
Hi i have been here the guy Jordi nice and well helpful and do his best. Only thing it takes more time from expected time but it depends on the Vehicles maintenance and mechanics but very helpful staff and do lots more for nothing. Great thanks the staff Oliver Motor Tarragona
