Ruins from the Roman forum in Tarragona. There are plenty informational posters and an interactive app displaying how the forum used to look. Nowadays there are few remaining columns, almost all in fragments, and some arcs. The place was reconverted into two closed plazas (with low fee for entry) connected by a hanging bridge. Nice quiet atmosphere to have a walk and rest.

One of main attractions in Tarragona, it is a Roman Forum, not very big with some columns and walls well-preserved. Buy the ticket which includes 4 attractions for 7,40 (instead of paying 3,30 for each attraction). It is included in this ticket. Prices as November 2020.

Impressive site to visit, but disappointing buildings around it. Would also be good to renovate it a little more as buildings layout not very clear. Still worth a visit as provides interesting insight into the ancient Roman empire.

Tarragona is full of monuments from Roman times. This one stands between the blocks and is divided by the street. Surprising connection :). The area itself for own exploration. You can feel and touch the history. It is a pity that there are not too many information tables. Sometimes, for laymen like me, it's hard to guess what the original form and destiny was. And besides, it's probably a paradise for cats - there were quite a lot of them there.
