It is absolutely frustrating, the third time that I sign a contract for 34 and they still book 78 to 50 in the months. I have contacted them twice personally since there is no answer to emails, and got promised twice that they will fix it. New routers were installed, the fractura changed but never to the price on the contract. Twice they connected stronger 600 mbit per sec instead of the 100 one. Either they are incompetent or worse.

Tienda no recomendable esta la encargada borde y nada profesional esto hace daño a la compañía Orange tener personajes así en tienda, sugiero que Orange revise todas las reseñas negativas todas tienen razón repito es un gran problema lo penoso es que actitudes así lo pagan los consumidores. No se puede ir engañando a la gente y con esa prepotencia, no se merece ni una estrella. Tendrían que gestionar ante un problema en tienda ustedes telefónicamente para evitar tener que ver la cara a dicho personal porque da mala imagen a la compañía.
Entro a preguntar sobre unos terminales y la persona que atiende (una tal Maria, que no quiere dar su nombre o número de trabajador) atiende muy poco profesionalmente, sin ningun interés y desdén,... se hace esfuerzo y ante tal falta de profesionalidad se le pide la hoja de reclamaciones (la cual rellena por su parte arguyendo una falta de respeto, la cual es inexistente, si destacaria su ineptitud comercial). Creo que en estos tiempos tan duros económicamente personas tan incompetentes deberían dejar paso a personas entregadas a su profesión o al menos con ganas de trabajar. Un cliente que no volverá a esta tienda ni la recomendará a nadie.
