Typical insurance company that will avoid a payout at all cost even when they are directly at fault. They sent an incompetent electrician for some repair work. After repeatedly switching the electricity in the entire house on and off over a hundred times to try and find the fault, it finally blew up a very expensive Pioneer audio amplifier that cost over 1000 euros. Instead of taking responsibility they are refusing to pay any compensation.
