There is no doubt that this can be better organised if these specialists are in the same room – i.e. in the same enterprise. Endless sub-contracting and combination is not our aim. Instead, we want to create a synergy in the form of cooperation between leading specialists. On the other hand, fundamental skills are largely universal – a person who can design can also exercise supervision and conduct surveys. This leads to our second principle – to be universal and use internal feedback to offer our customers high-level knowhow from the beginning to the end.
