I found a fair deal on a used Kia Optima at Cars Yes. After negotiating the terms with Pedro, I drove an hour and a half out to Reseda to pick up the car. When I got there the process was painless,Pedro was very polite and overall a very good guy.

At first i thought i was getting a good deal on a good car and the guys were really cool but i was wrong within two weeks i had to buy a new battery that cost 200.00 now almost 2 1/2 months later the car is over heating and won't start. I called them and they act like they don't care i want to give this car back so bad!! also i think they just glued the bumper on because my number is hanging off. The finance people they use are horrible too!!! they are very rude. I would never ever suggest anyone buy a car from them. Very unprofessional scam artist!!! If you do go there take a person who knows cars really good BUT JUST STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Tnis dealership is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! They are crooks and scam artists that taking advantage of the community. They sell cars that have been horribly damaged and they conceal this information from consumers. Once you leave the lot they refuse to assist you. I am suing and have been told by my attorney at lest 15 other consumers are suing as well. NEVER EVER p\\purchase a car from these con artist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
