Worked here 3 years Never got a raise or chance for an home case, due to being on Employment development Plan once Covid hit they were only offering 4 hours to full time staff. Completed 40 hrs training and never the In- home hours for my RBT within the 3 yrs due to always having a different supervisior. THIS company took over a 1yr to finally find a case and throughout that time I never had a EDP and was working as a sub driving to different LAUD SITES.

Terrible company. Two of their staff members where witnessed yelling at their clients (kids) When the agency was told about this they continued to send the same people. Very rude and unprofessional. This company completely disregards the children's best interest and has zero respect for their clients and their parents. I'd give a zero if I could.
