I wish I could give them 0 stars! My second copy job and no one can get it right. The staff at this location is the worse. They can it follow the most simplest instructions after charging you for those same instructions. The worse customer service and some of the rudest people I have found.

They don’t answer phone calls . Went to the store and nobody was busy . Called In store and nobody picked up a phone . Didn’t need to waste my time coming because they couldn’t help me anyways . Don’t waste your time here .
I called into the store today, and got their service and it put me on hold and no one bothered to pick up the phone and I was on the phone for 15 minutes. And then it hung up on me
Quick and easy. Long line at drive-thru. Asked for bitmap sauce and they gave me Tarter!! oops.
Great experience i took my computer in because I’ve been having trouble with it. When I got there my wait time wasn’t that bad at all. An the employee who helped me was super helpful an knew his stuff made me feel very welcomed to ask as many questions as I wanted . Great service will definitely come back to this location again thanks for the help again James an the other staff was super helpful as well asking me if I had been helped.
Great for getting office supplies and simple electronics last minute.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was at this store trying to simply get a copy made and had the worst experience I have had in a very long time by a store. I was waiting in line to be helped for about 5 minutes. When it was my turn to be help the guy that was helping the customer in front of me decided to walk away and stock shelves. There was one other person behind the counter that was dealing with another customer on the other side of the counter in the regular checkout aid of the counter. When that employee was done and looked back to see if there was anyone else to help she started walking towards me and then stopped and was asked a question by a customer that just entered the store and then she proceeded to help them instead of helping me. She then asked for one of her team members to come up and help me and he said no (the same team member that was previously helping customers out but decided stocking the shelves with more paper was more important). As I began to walk out of the store the operating manager by the name of Alejandro walked out from behind a set of doors and told me to have a nice day as I was existing and I turned around and proceeded to tell him what had just taken place and all he simply said was "oh well I can help you, I wasn't hear so I don't know what happened." This was an overall terrible experience that became even more difficult through the lack of customer service and customer care on the Operation Manger's end. I will not be coming here again. I have no desire to go through this experience all over again.
