Hands down, the best \dealership\ used car purchase I have ever made (I'm 52 years old so I've been through such processes quite a few times). I highly recommend the Tasca dealerships. Throughout the process, each and every person went above and beyond my expectations. I was helped by the General Manager, Finance Manager, my sales person (Carissa), and a service representative named Jonathan. I appreciate their efforts so much, I will tell my friends how great everything went for me, if they mention they are in the market for a new or used car. I cannot leave this review without mentioning their reasonable doc fee. I'll not say the amount, as I am sure it could change over time. I can say the fee was less than 1/2 what Connecticut dealerships charge. They also didn't have any surprise fees, which I also appreciate. In my opinion, Tasca dealership associates are professional and have great levels of integrity! If you are in the market, you owe it to yourself to visit a Tasca dealership during your search. In my case, my positive experience was at Tasca Kia in Johnston, RI. Great deal with great people! Thank you to everyone who helped me during my purchase!

I am so happy with my experience at KIA. I was lucky to work with Carissa, who was honest, efficient, and honestly just awesome all the way around. I went in to lease a car for my mom, and Carissa made the process enjoyable and fun. She also kept to what I could afford, and worked around my schedule. First words that come to mind, is thieves, liars, and broken promises. I bought a used 13 Sorento, which had a small dent in rear door, my sales rep told me it would be taken care of, never heard from her again. When I was in F&I office their rep told me that chip and dent, and wheel and tire we're mandatory, it wasn't. I spoke with the general manager about all this, and he indicated he'll make it right, he didn't . This, after telling these people I'm a disabled vet on a very tight budget, they did NOT care, they banged me into products i didn't need nor could I afford. Stay away from this dealership, there are many good Kia dealerships in the area.Ive waited long enough, going DMV and the BBB to register complaints, and a lawyer because of this false contract . I've had enough off being screwed over , steaming mad, and am about to make waves....
