Will NOT rent to you if your on social security. Literally will ghost you or come up with every excuse in the book why the apartment you applied for has vanished and then more excuses why they can’t show you others. Discrimination!

These people are straight criminals. They lie about repairs. They charge you for damages that never happened. They act like they care to parents then don’t help the students. When you call them they say they will come fix the problem then never show up. If they ever do they come unexpected which is highly illegal. Do not rent from these people. They need to be put out of business. Rent from Keene Cribs. That is a professional run business that cares about student housing and not trying to make a quick buck of struggling college students. Tasoula’s Realtiy needs to be shut down ASAP.

Cute Apartments, but not a fan of how they conduct the rental process. I had been told to fill out an application on Friday once I viewed 2 of the 3 units available, went home and discussed it with my husband. We decided it would be a good fit for us. So Saturday morning I filled out the application, faxed over the application and called and Left a message stating that I had sent it in. I heard nothing back at all so I called. No answer again. It took me to go onto their website and to email in for them to contact me back saying they had already rented it (though there were 3 units) and we were not accented due to time at the job (Which I specifically told her I was looking to move as I had just started at this location.) I wish they had a bit more professionalism when doing business.
