Great Delivery & After Sales Experience, keep it up Deogiri Motors !! Recently I bought a Tigor XZO from Deogiri Motors, Jogeshwari. Most people won't believe the fact that I dropped a deal from a Tata showroom (Vijay Auto) which is about 2 km from my place in Vasai & purchased my car from Deogiri Motors which is around 40 km from my place. That's because of the good deal & the great experience I had with Mr. Amar who happens to be the salesperson in my case. Right from booking till delivery, everything was smooth & I was informed regarding the whereabouts of my vehicle. Team there travelled all the way to my place to give me a second test drive since I am a new driver & wanted to be sure of the car I was about to buy. Mr. Abrar completed documentation with paperwork & I didn't visit the showroom even once. Moreover, Mr. Amar has never failed to respond to my unending calls even after delivery of my vehicle. I hope service quality here is sustained, I shall review my service experience after first service. For now, it's a 5 star from my side !

I went there for hand brake issue ,at the time is was attended and problem was resolved but it again continued after driving 40 km,and had body scratch on my new nexon by service staff as well as ring around gear was broken with scratches on it.l,would not recomend you to go for service .

BE AWARE!!!! CHEATING STAFF!!! MARK NAIDU ,who is a cheat works here. He had cheated me when he was working in Keshava motors Mulund. He and his manager had sold me old vehicle, promised me accessories and then they left the job there. I was duped by him and his manager. Very bad showroom, they hire bad staff without checking there back ground! BE AWARE!!!!

Unprofessional service, committed twice to get the NEXON EV for test drive . How can u trust this company if they are not providing timely test drive to customers. Reason: only one car for test drive . It’s been shared by two three Dealers.
