Jamie is a credit to his profession. He is personable and patient and provides lots of information about the laser removal process, including thorough tips for proper aftercare and how to best prepare for upcoming appointments in the future. The treatment itself definitely isn't pleasant but it's made a lot more bearable thanks to Jamie!

Extremely poor customer service. Debatable results. Be aware of it or seriously consider it before use their service. Jamie does promote its machine as the best in the field but the results are really debatable considering the top notch price paid for a session. In case things go sour the customer service was not existent. Consider other places instead of this one. Photos of before and after treatments can be provided.
I’m currently in the process of having a large amount of tattoos removed. After the few sessions I’ve had, I’ve already begun to see such a massive difference. Myself and quite a few of my friends are seeing the guys at Skin Renew and the results we are all seeing are incredible. I can’t recommend them highly enough. As a tattoo artist, I can’t stress enough how important and more effective it is to have your old tattoo removed or even just lightened ahead of having a cover up. With the laser machine used at Skin Renew being so advanced, this is the most effective and quickest way to get rid of what you have and get to getting what you want. The guys are really friendly and personable. Incredibly informative on how the process works and knowledgable on the actual science behind it, which isn’t necessary knowing but I certainly find interesting and reassuring. Look forward to my remaining sessions!
Excellent, amazing, professional and friendly staff. Jamie, Dan and their lovely female assistant were so helpful, kind and reassuring throughout my time with them. Appointments were easy to arrange. I'm so pleased with the treatment I have received and I honestly can't thank them, or indeed recommend these guys enough. Look no further than Skin Renew London! I highly recommend them
