Fantastic service and my first four hour session was really good. Diyan came up with a fantastic free hand design. When I went back to have it finished the healing wasn't good enough so we delayed the completion, really appreciated the honest response and putting the quality of the tattoo before money. Can't wait now to get it finished

I tried to get a tattoo from here the first time about 2 years ago. I walked in and they told me they were closing down so couldn't do it. Surprise surprise it's still there. The second time I asked diyan to do an arm piece, and gave him a comic book and showed him the exact image i wanted from it, with only minor additions to complete it as a design (it was literally 2 lines as the comic book border cut off the character's arms). He said to come back in 1.5 weeks, so i did and i was told he was out. I went back about 4 times after that (over the course of 2 months), initially to see if any progress had been made and then because it was obvious he wasn't doing anything to get my comic book back. During this whole time Diyan showed me no work and I had to return twice before he would give me my book back, insisting he was working on it. I understand that tattooists can be busy but doing literally no work towards my design and then not even admitting it or wanting to give me my things back is wrong. People are giving money in exchange for work and it's not right to then simply not do it. Won't even bother with here again.

All the staff are lovely and were very happy to discuss my tattoo ideas, I was able to book an appointment swiftly and easily and when I got there the tattoo artist was very friendly and certainly made me feel alot less nervous! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and will definitely go back if I decide to get another tattoo!

Very disappointed with my experience at Tattoo Sanctuary. Booked my appointment a month ago and sent all my reference images across, even sent them again the week before just to be sure they had everything. Viktor turned up 30 minutes late to my appointment and then due to lack of preparation I was left disappointed without a tattoo and they outright refused to return my 70 pound deposit even though they were the ones to let me down. Would not recommend to my friends and very upset due to the tattoo itself being my anniversary present. They are great artists sure and I love Viktor's portfolio but I am extremely disappointed and upset about the whole thing.

Had a bad experience with this tattooshop: came in with a design and had to be on both my arms. I said it should be exactly like my drawing. The lady behind the desk told me that the tattoo might change a bit, because of lines being to close to eachother. I understood and made the appointment and paid 40 in advance. When I came to the appointment and saw the design it had completely changed. Only the idea of my design remained. When I asked what has happened, they replied that the 'artist' wasn't comfortable with tattooing my design; she liked hers better. Altough I said I wanted MY design on MY arm, she denied my request and was only willing to tattoo her design. Quite arrogant when you're deciding what's going to be on someone's arm. I left and off course the advancepayment was gone.

Terrible trouble getting clear information so that I can have my first tattoo done. They have taken all our details and we have emailed images but they have messed up appointment bookings and now won't answer email or phone so we are giving up and going somewhere else!
