I wouldn’t even give this tax service a single star but zero stars is not an option. They cancelled our appointment twice after we had already scheduled time off from work for her to do our taxes. We are now in the process of finding someone competent to do our taxes!!!

Do not let her do your taxes she did my husbands and over charged him. His taxes are all screwed up with the IRS and she lied to the IRS and she wont answer the phone and she screwed my sister over did her taxes and she has not received a penny.
