Personally I have received excellent advice and service on wills, property and a boundary issue which was resolved after years of being overlooked by previous solicitors. Poor customer service, no response or acknowledgement when I called to them to tell them my husband had died - we had our wills with them but I am going elsewhere
Terrible conveyancing solicitors. Very poor at keeping their clients updated and don’t respond appropriately to inquiries. Conveyancing solicitors are going through a busy period at the moment and are not helped by poor lawyers like the ones that work for Acorn solicitors.
