Turned away from a physical because I travel for work in transportation leaving the state on a daily basis and have a cough (that has been persistent for about 10 months). Told I would not be seen and have to reschedule until the cough goes away... It's not going anywhere. I just received negative COVID test 10 days ago. Why can I not be seen? Am I supposed to walk into the ER asking for a physical to get my health concerns addressed? I am royally ticked off. Not my only issue with Compass Medical over the last seven years; this is just the latest and the final straw.

I have been seeing Dr Michael Achey for about 25 years. Three of my adult children see him also. They feel the same way I do about him. I have a lot of medical issues, and he has always taken the time to listen to my concerns, and ideas about my health. He does not hesitate to send me to a specialist if I feel I need to go. I just hope he does not retire anytime soon. A lot of the staff has been there for years, which makes me feel comfortable.

I left due to some serious errors in managing my health over the course of too many years and 2 seriously questionable doctors. Best of luck if you go there. You'll need it.

Nurse openly discussed my illness, symptoms and medications in front of other patients. It very was embarrassing. The patient services are far from outstanding. Office team lacks professionalism and tact. Seriously considering changing my Primary as I dread showing up here due to poor patient care and information management.
