Even by McDonald's standards, it's a bit poor. Soggy cold fries... Cold cheeseburgers, sauces not added when requested.... Been there twice and it was the same both times. Trouble is, it's a busy drive through, so even if you park close by, when you find your order is wrong or cold, you can't really jump back I to a queue of ten or twelve cars to complain about a cheeseburger- the rest of the food would be ruined by the time you get there.. avoid unless necessary.

Poor service. Girl missed drink off order in 1st window. Second window said drive back around to reorder, when the line was full. So we boycotted that idea. Got to opening my food, it was stone cold. Couldn't have even been warm when put together as the chese hadn't even gone soft. Surely cheese melts or atleast sweats in the warm but nothing. Totally disappointed. I guess we blame corona for all of life's shortfalls now.
Today 8 Feb. at about 1900, I questioned MCDONALDS Heron Gate Taunton Drive thru staff why they are NOT wearing gloves when handing in food to customers on drive thru , and when they get the food that has been made from the kitchen. Spoke to them and questioned them why ?? I said in Mcdonalds Wellington they do wear gloves and mask when we pay in or when they hand in. But this one in Taunton Heron Gate they are Absolutely irresponsible !! especially during this Covid times.
Food it usually good. I recommend check your bags before you drive away as always the odd occasion where you have a item or 2 missing by doing this avoids disappointment when you get home.
O my god, how bad is this McDonald's I order the cheesy bacon flat bread and everything is cold cheese not been melted bread taste like cardboard. Really bad! And its not a first time, im just pist off and write finally this post. I don't know how to add picture but i would like to show up how it looks like. Real bad looks and taste!
