After you buy a car from them the after service is very poor.I've waited for a month now to get the My T app connected to my car to enjoy all the technology the car comes with as this is the final thing they should help with after selling you a car and im put on the back as they are busy attending to new customers.Still they haven't connected me still waiting.John Saxton is not a good sales man,he keeps cancelling appointments and also ignores messages and phone calls. I was ignored before locked down started a week ago.

Good attentive service as always.... however the \IT\ system that was used by the sales executive in my view was not functioning particularly well compared with others i had seen. That was very frustrating for both parties & elongated the appointment.
