If more used it less traffic, drivers great when they get to know you. Cheaper if you buy tickets on line, i save a pound a day. Far cheaper and less stress than parking in the town

For bus pass holders, IF, you are able to walk about 200yds, walk out of the P&R to the first stop and the bus then becomes a Somerset bus and your pass is valid. Not sure about return, the day I used it the entry was blocked because of travellers and we had to get off across the road and walk in
First time to Taunton so used P&R to reduce hassle. Work well dropped us in centre of town, bus driver very helpful. Four of us so got group ticket for 6 return including parking.
The best way in and out taunton,5 for 2 people return one set rate if more in car.
Great for when you have long hospital visits, pay at least half of what I would parking at Musgrove
