I had a 1 hour full body massage by Sarah Sellick as a Christmas gift. It was exactly what I needed! I'm a rugby player and train as much as I can not only on the field but also in the gym, as well as working full time as a Landscape Gardener. Sarah's brief chat prior to the massage was to determine what I wanted from the massage so it can be taylor made to my requirements. Sarah is very knowledgeable and friendly and that was clear throughout the session. I would highly recommend going to see Sarah and will certainly be going back every 8 weeks!
