Incompetent. Wouldn't sell my wife some cream after she said she was going to use it on our daughter. They said it shouldn't be used on children. The cream has on it ”for use on fungal nappy rash”! Had to drive to Sainsbury’s who happily sold it to us and laughed when we explained what the jokers at Well had said.

While the staff are friendly and chat with most people this just adds to the inefficiency. Most times prescriptions are not ready items out of stock. You pick up a bag of items and find items missing because there is a separate bag. It has taken 4 attempts to get diabetic medication. My husband went to pick up a prescription for me I said there should be 9 items he did not know what I needed. The member of staff said there was something missing but expected my husband to know what item this was. She did not attempt to look on the computer. I explained yesterday that I was working all day and needed specific meds as I had run out. I am now having to leave work to go and fetch this item after I rang the pharmacy to discover they are on the shelf and had not been handed over. I could have been an elderly person and this would have been totally unacceptable. This is not the first time this has happened and would suggest more training is needed. Regards Julie Western.

Terrible experience, not once has my prescription been on time in the 6 months I have been collecting it from here. Even the lady behind the desk is incredibly unhelpful and rude beyond belief. Telling me I would have to wait as I'm not imporant.
