Pfff, friendly but very inefficient and NOT customer focused. I asked what the reparation of a leaking airsuspension would cost and when it could be fixed. Asked at 8.30 and the answer was several times i come back soon. At 14.00 there was still no answer and at 15.00, so aften 6 1/2 hours the feedback was: ‘you have a leak on your airsuspension....... Yes sure, i told them this morning. Finally i received a verbal price (way off) and the message that there were no spare parts in Italy...... Strange for a standard part.!?!? I also had to pay for the fault finding!?! I knew already when I came. Weird. Anyway a small local mechanic fixed it for close to half and in one day, and yes he did with original Mercedes parts that were supplied overnight. So not a good experience for Autostar, unfortunately.

1 stella forse è troppo...detto ciò trovo una macchina nel sito chiamo verso le 9.30 del mattino il concessionario mi risponde dicendo che l'auto si trova a Pordenone gli chiedo se è possibile visionarla la mattina stessa visto che sono di Pordenone ma mi dice che non è possibile. Quindi mi dà l'appuntamento per le 15.00 del medesimo giorno ....mi presento alle 14.45 dicendo che ero lì x la macchina e cosa mi rispondono?? L'auto è già venduta ti abbiamo mandato un email alle 14.33 ... Cioè se ero da un paese più lontano con magari 2/3 ore di strada cosa facevo? Lunedi dovrei portare un'auto a fare la distribuzione ma penso proprio che disdico l'appuntamento e la porto in un altro concessionario ... Non comprerò mai più un auto ,visto che ero già cliente non ci si comporta così ...
