We bought our phones elsewhere, but were told to go the AT&T store to get our phone #'s ported over. Miranda was working by herself, and after taking care of another customer, she took the time to help us set up our iphones and get started. She did not have to do this, since we didn't purchase them here, but she gave graciously of her time anyway. She was very professional, and kind to train 2 old fogies! Would highly recommend her and this store. We will definitely seek her out when we are ready to upgrade. Thanks, Miranda! :)
I recently went in to trade in my iPhone for a new one, and I can’t get over how amazing the customer service was. I worked directly with Miranda and she was absolutely the best! I even came back the next morning to have my moms phone upgraded too. The other gentleman working, I didn’t catch his name, but he was extremely friendly as well. I highly recommend this ATT location and will continue to come back here!
I called here on 12/16/20 about picking up a new phone. The agent working that evening was very helpful with assisting me to find a phone and explaining the billing intricacies for that phone option. I upgraded and many many Apple Minutes later left with my new phone. Thanks :)
