One of the best most friendliest places I have ever been to.. Great pizza and amazing wings that touch the taste buds and make it scream for more and more.. They are also very quick on serving a customer and it's done with a family like atmosphere. So I say to all go eat at big apple pizza. You won't regret it! Thanks Steve for amazing food

Ordered for delivery, its the 1st time we tried it. It was so good!! Large pizza and generous with the toppings and cheese. Oh ya some cheese. we did not order extra cheese but not complaining. Quick delivery and very polite driver.
Steve is an amazing person. He knows how to run a business. I placed an order, and it was delivered on time and with a smile. Belinda was courteous and polite. My pizza was hot and delicious! I would recommend Big Apple pizza to all my friends!
So my husband and I are from out of town, we hadn't eaten almost the entire trip and when we seen these good reviews and ratings, we thought well it's a local company which usually means they are family oriented, caring, and 90% of the time much better than eating anywhere else. 30 later we get a pizza that was cold, soggy, covered in grease to the point there were puddles on top of the pizza and "bone out wings" that were frozen (again,soggy) chicken strips that were also cold. My husband (below, James) actually had to spit out his food. I normally don't write bad reviews, and it takes A LOT to get me upset but. When I called (not asking for my money back or free food) to just let them know that it is misleading to put on your website that you get 10 bone out wings for 10 when in actuality they give you very cheaply made undercooked frozen chicken strips. 5 of them. And the guy was very rude making it out like I just wanted to complain. No, I wanted to be able to eat the food that we paid for when we could have went to a sit down restaurant for less. The manager calls my husband who was in the shower and asks what the issue with our food was. I tell him, just trying to be honest, and I do not get an apology or "this is not the kind of service we strive to provide" all he said was have a great day as he hung up. Very disappointed.
I planned to stop here and pick up pizza on the way to a friend's house. I double checked the time to see if they would be open (Sunday afternoon). I got there, there was an "open" sign, door was locked, nobody home. Fortunately there's another pizza restaurant in that same plaza and he was actually open! I ordered from him.
This place really exceeded my expectations! The food is flavorful and the staff are great. When we get delivery it is never more than 30 minutes... And with 3 hungry kids that is always a plus in my book. I would recommend Big Apple Pizza to any and everyone.
Thank you Steve for your amazing service. Good to see someone take pride in their business. Pizza was exactly what I requested and very tasty. I'd recommend this pizza joint to anyone. Just ordered a supreme and it was amazing. Best pizza in town. No comparison. Another update. This restaurant continues to impress. Just ate one of the best antipasto salads I've ever had, fresh green leaf romain and veggies mixed with amazing chicken wings. Put this place in downtown New York and the line would be out the door.
