BP Smith construction is the best darn team I have encountered in the construction biz. Bryan and his team were able to scope out and execute a redesign in my 1978 home and now it looks brand new. Would not hesitate to use them again!! They are simply the best. Better than all the rest.

We contacted Bryan for a kitchen remodel and he came by the house and took measurements and said that he would get back with us in a couple of days. He never got back to us and did not respond to three messages left in voicemail and 3 texts over 2 weeks. It has now been over three months and there has been zero contact. That is very disappointing. It was weird too because the remodel should have been pretty straightforward.

Inquired about an addion to our house. He came out and said he would have a general figure in 5 days. 5 days pass and no contact. I called him 12 days after, he said he would have it right over. Now its 7 days past that 12 days and no word from him at all. If you dont want to do the job, you should tell the customer that! Even if you contact me now, we have moved on to another company that actually follows through with their word. I dont recommend this company to anyone that is seriously looking for work to be completed!
