The staff is terrible you cannot trust them AT ALL. There have been many times where they schedule an appointment for a test at a hospital and I show up for the test and the hospital don’t except my insurance then they reschedule the test for a different day, and I show up to find out the test is scheduled for a different day. It seems like the staff do not care if they WASTE your time. I will say this, the office manager Donna does a GREAT job, but it is REALLY SAD she cannot trust her employees. I will also say Dr. Hussain is the best, he is on top of things and will call you any time you need him. And knows what he is doing. Dr. Hussain is the only reason that I except my daughter to continue her treatment at this facility.

This practice does not come close to meeting their mission statement. As others, they have a upbeat positive recording, while you languish on hold, but the staff does not treat patients or the families as they would have you believe from those recordings. They are very unorganized and do not return calls in a timely fashion. The nurses are rude and make excuses to cover up the practice's disorganization. Physicians do not present all options and clear with treatment plan nor expected outcome. In my example, They discuss may of theses things with my elderly father whom has dementia and intracranial cancer which causes further confusion. Not once have they called his family, namely me who has power of attorney over my fathers affairs, to discuss treatment.

Dr Hussein is absolutely wonderful. He is informative, nice and a concerned doctor. His staff is wonderful. If you have any form of cancer, he's the person to see
