We hosted our New Hope KIDS Club Winter Retreat at Jungle Zone this past Saturday by renting the entire facility. We had great experience. Before the event I corresponded with the owner. He quickly responded and answered all of my questions. The day of the event they had everything set up for us and they were very attentive to our needs. Our 2 party hosts, Mackenzie and Jesse were kind to everyone and helped to make the event run smoothly. Additionally, the building was kept very clean. I’d highly recommend this company!

Took my 3 1/2 year old here on a Saturday. Paid 5 for her 2 for socks and I was free. Upon entry staff person was not very personable, not nasty but not very happy or friendly. They have a good selection of large inflatables plus an area for adults to sit in massage recliners, I just sat on the many benches and picnic tables since I had to keep following my child. There's plenty of space for kids to run, inflatable choices for smaller kids too. Food window was pricey but had a decent selection. Restroom was pretty clean as was the facility. We enjoyed our visit and will return. UPDATE: We went back again a few months later and staff members were very friendly. Now with Covid concerns, I just read their website and it appears they've been busy updating sanitation procedures and are open, so we will definitely be going back soon. Glad to hear they're open! Owner contacted me regarding earlier staff comment, which I appreciate. Prices up slightly but great place to take kids, rain or shine.
I'm not sure why my initial review was posted as a 3. The new owners are doing a wonderful job. There are some kinks but it is shaping up to be a great place to take kids of all ages!!! To the owners I apologize that my review posted, I am unsure how or why it happened. I always leave a detailed review when I give them.
My boys (9&6 yrs) love this place! We stopped by today due to it being an all-day rainy day. We’ve been here for four hours now... The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The play/bounce area is clean and spacious. The restrooms are close by (and clean) and there’s plenty of seating with great views for parents to watch their kids (good music too!). There’s also a snack/cafe to grab lunch while you’re here. I’m so glad I found this place! We will definitely be back, especially come summertime when it’s too hot and muggy to be outside. Thank you for bringing this to Lake County!

We went for the first ever today, it was toddler day. Having only toddlers was awesome, my boys got to play at their own pace. I would definitely come back for future toddler days ! The staff was AMAZING, they were so friendly and helpful. Overall 10/10 ! I'm definitely going to recommend this place!!
I love this place! Cash only so be prepared, but my toddler comes here and jumps for hours. All of the staff is super friendly and work very hard to make sure all of the kiddos are safe well also having a blast.
Visited Jungle Zone during Christmas holidays and my son loved it. Felt safe as separate toddler area where some older kids can’t go. Staff very kind and good food. Can’t believe I never heard of this place before. Don’t forget your socks though if you go. Really clean for a kids play place. 5 star ️ ️️️️ From our family
