I NEVER have had a more through examination and consolation visit at a dentist before. They explained in detail what they proposed for my situation and gave a print out on all proposed expenses.. Wonderful experience. This was my first time at this office and from the staff that greets you in reception, to the hygienist, the dentist and the check out staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous. The dentist made me feel completely at ease, explained everything he was going to be doing and listened to my concerns. The office is very professional and clean, neat and tidy. So glad to have found this dental practice, I will henceforth be coming here permanently. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Dr. Reinertsein is just the best. He's friendly, always wearing a smile, and most importantly, has never once caused me a lack of pain. The office is full of the nicest staff you could ask for. I would recommend him and his office over and over again!

Outstanding patient care and customer service by the entire staff! The dentist is absolutely amazing! He is funny, caring and really takes the time out to educate you. I have had some horrible experiences at so many other dental facilities where they rush you through and tell you that you need all of this unnecessary expensive work done, but not Lifetime Dental. They give you options and spend the time with you. By far the BEST place I have ever been and I have never felt so comfortable with going to a dentist. Lol
