Dr Fountain has been terrific. Another Dr wanted to cut into him right away which was not needed for his prostate cancer. Dr F said lets just monitor and he is doing a great job keeping an eye on it. He is well informed about the treatments, well mannered and concise, explains everything to you in laymen's terms so you understand everything. He has treated us as if we are his only patient and that he cares.

Never did see Dr Fountain. I made the appointment five months ago. I showed up 15 minutes early in case any other paperwork to be completed. Had a 2:20PM , was sent to exam room on time. Left there 75 minutes with no doctor arriving, so left. No reason given. Obviously a major overbooker with no concern for patients.
I love Dr Fountain and his practitioner as well as his staff. Yes folk have complaints as well as anyone. A patient need patients! They aren’t going to satisfy everyone. We need to pray for our doctors who are devoted to treating each and everyone that comes. I love the smiles that they give you no matter how busy or tired they are. As a Patient let us be more patient and concern for them as well. Dr Fountain and staff, keep doing your best and know I’m praying for you all.
Back in early Oct. 2019 I started passing blood \again.\ Ended up in the ED @ Waterman's. Got some blood test, cultures & X-rays, I did a follow up with Dr. Fountain ASAP (I've been his patent for several years) I've always liked him !! He wanted to \take a look\ in my empty bladder in hopes of finding the problem. Staff scheduled a early AM appointment (without speaking to me) I could not make. Staff then rescheduled it for 2 months later, 12/23/19 Monday afternoon. That's 2 months wasted, wondering, worrying what the h__ll's wrong with me. Staff left a message this afternoon Fri. 12/ 20/19 telling me I'd have to reschedule for sometime in 2020. More time wasted, worrying, wondering what's wrong........Hopefully staff can reschedule a appointment sometime in the very near future. I'll call on Monday 12/23/19 ...... UPDATE... UPDATE ... GOOD NEWS ...I called Fountain's office Monday AM & got a appointment for Thur. 12/26/19, Dr. Fountain did the \scope deal\ & found no cancer, he spoke of another problem & said it needed to be fixed in the near future. Then Friday AM 12/27/19 I got a call from his office manager about my scheduling problem. We talked for several minutes. She told me, if I had anymore issues to make sure I got in touch with her or left a message & she would call back.... ..........Thank you Dr Fountain for helping me & putting my mind at ease & thank you to their staff for getting my scheduling problem squared away.
LOVE this practice. I would like to give a shout to Abbigail. She was the ultimate professional. She made me feel like a member of the family and not just a patient.
