Hello, my husband and I normally do not post on line reviews, but when good work is done, it deserves to be recognized. Our pool has been in need of an overhaul for approximately the last two years. Due to the nature of our business, we have experience in dealing with contractors, and therefore interviewed many different vendors prior to landing on Picture Perfect Pools….BEST decision we could have made! I cannot begin to thank Jay Cunningham enough, for his remarkable professionalism, honesty, and patience! It is very difficult these days to find contractors that actually deliver what is promised. If there was delay, we were informed. If we had a question, it was answered. If we had a last minute design change, it was accommodated. If we called, we received a call back. If we didn’t like something, it was rectified. In the end we ended up with a remarkable remodel job. Thank you, to the entire Picture Perfect Pool team for helping bring our vision to life! All was good on a resurface job until 2 weeks after when the tiles put down on the swim outs started to look like they were rusting. Was told by Jay the owner that the tiles comes like that and it help offsets the tiles on the wall. If there was a light amount of the rust color on the new tiles, it would have been good. Butttt, the rust color covers over 80% and looks like they just rusted, and not a design. Jay came out and to ease my disappointment, he came up with a solution that I am content with. They will work with you as much as possible to make things right!!!!
Highly recommend Picture Perfect Pools, Jay and his crew did an incredible job on our pool, deck and Lanai. Could not be happier with the result. They were professional, detail oriented and eager to make us happy.
