I would give this place even less stars if it was possible because it’s a joke. The people that run it pick and choose who gets to follow the rules and who doesn’t. They’re fine with drug dealers and people getting the cops called on them constantly but if your under 55 you better watch it. They raise the rent every year with basically no improvements to the park and the “amenities” are a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay far away and save your money. There’s a reason the majority of the homes in the park are empty \u200d️

I find it interesting Kenzie Shelton would say anything about this park because they are huge part of the problem. Speed limit is 10 miles per hour they both go 30/40 miles an hour flying around corners. They don’t respect the park, the office manager or the people in it. In fact with his speeding one senior adult was hit last month. And he claims I wasn’t speeding. Not my fault. He obviously didn’t learn his lesson. However the next person hit and one of them will hit someone else it will be more than a ticket, Should they get respect, hell no, obviously just two young disrespectful people grandfathered in here. She is so adamant to put the park and people down, They hate it so much they can leave, But they won’t. They are just rude. I been here a year and a half and love it. Treehouse, Linda the office manager are great. . Treehouse has done everything they can to keep us safe. They can’t control those who disrespect the rules. I am very happy and blessed to be a part of this community. No drugs, safe quiet. They have done a great job cleaning this place up from the last owner. Just one or two that shouldn’t be here. I would recommend this place to any of my friends.
Small and on top of one another living mostly older trailers yet well kept nice place
I checked out some park information online before we decided to come down and check things out. Riverest caught my attention due to being on the Dora Canal and because of all the old oaks with spanish moss and other greenery. I wasn't disappointed when we came down here to see it in person and we were lucky enough to find a mobile home for sale that we liked. Mostly older trailers here, as is ours, but I still found the park to be unlike some of the other cookie cutter looking parks that are completely bare of trees! The neighbors are friendly and it has improved even more in the last several months when a great manager was hired. The new owners and manager now actually care about what we residents think. Someone here remarked that visitors must have a background check to visit family or friends. I'm not quite sure where that idea came from but it's not true. Also, the homes are close together but you most certainly can walk between them. lol I recommend it.
