Playstation 4 fails two days before grandchildren visit for the weekend. I was more than distraught after trying all of the possible fixes I found online. The only solution was to take it to a repair shop where I previously had an excellent experience. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by a nice employee who ask how she could assist me. I not only explained the problem but also informed her this was somewhat of an emergency due to my expected guests. The employee was empathetic to my concerns and gave me an estimate as to when I could hear back from them for details on the repair and pricing. Eager for the response, I call them the next day to check on the status of the PS4. She informed me the drive needed to be replaced but they would not have the part until Saturday. To my surprise, I received a call on Friday letting me know the PS4 had been repaired and was ready for pick up. Jeremy, who is the head technician, I think, does an excellent job in making repairs that are of good quality and in a timely manner. They were sensitive to my needs and I was more than happy with the end result. The price for the work was a good value and they stand behind their repairs if something should go wrong. Both experiences I've had with this store have been 5 star results. I highly recommend their service.
