They dump cans with trash falling in road. Thought it was Just mine. Rode the neighborhood found almost 60%of the houses had trash in the road the left behind. Sloppy workmanship for a service we pay for in taxes.

Have been calling all week, with no return phone call to try and get a bulk pick up. Do not understand why it so hard to call someone back when they leave a message.

I have been calling for 9 days for bulk pickup. They tell me they are coming and never show up. I've called 5 times in 9 days. If you say you are going to pick up then do it. Also had our phone numbers and never called to tell us anything. Again at 3:30 pm was told they were on their way yet it is 8:10 pm and still no one showed. Poor customer service. Will be making complaint on Monday with head quarters and city of Mascotte
