Our little dog Daisy wondered off on Tuesday at about 12:00 A.M. from 108 Key Heights Dr. Daisy is Black with brown legs and white on her face and chest. She is a old dog ,12 years and has had health problems. We were told that a little black dog was seen at the Tom Thumb in our neighborhood, and the lady working that morning took her out some water. We asked to see the video tapes of that morning to see if someone picked her up. She is very friendly and would go to anyone. We were told by the manager that she was to busy to over look the security footage Then later in the day we were told that there wasn't anything on the video which it was vary apparent that she had not bothered to view. She was not very nice about it and just got snotty when I tried to ask her about the dog the lady gave water to. It seems to be quite the coincidence that there could be two little black dogs at 1:30 or so in the morning missing at the same time wandering around in our neighborhood. Daisy is a family dog the Children Cry daily for her. The keys are a small community why won't a local convenience store like Tom Thumb want to help find our dog . They could have been the heroes. Tom Thumb stores do not belong in a close-knit community they obviously do not care about the community at all or the people that shop there. They didn't even have to spend their time looking at the tapes all they had to do is let us watch them. I'm pleading with anyone that has ever had a dog and loved it . PLEASE DON'T SHOP AT Tom Thumb specially the one on Plantation Key Florida. We are offering a 100.00 Reward for the return of Daisy

Woman in the front Cynthia never answers the phone. Probably the third time I've tried calling before going and watching her ignore the phone. Prices are average. Service is horrible.

My first time in the keys and I stop for gas at Tom Thumb gas station I was kinda lost but thanks to Margaret she help me out a lot what a very kind and outgoing young lady . Ps thanks a lot

The other one farther up the road on Key Largo is nicer, but this one's not bad, staff was friendly.
