We were in Islamorada, FL, for a month - visiting from out of state. The power steering failed on our Volvo XC60 a week before we were leaving for our 3 day drive home. Vic got our car in on Tuesday - diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be the power steering pump. They worked on it until late on Thursday and we picked it up on Friday. Price was fair and reasonable. Vic and his team were helpful and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

Very pleasant staff, very helpful and accommodated me with very short notice despite being busy. Their shop is very experienced and easy to find. A friend recommended the shop. She has been using them for years. They did good work in my car and I honestly cannot say anything negative at this time. Their pricing also seemed very fair compared to other shops.
Like going to an old school barber shop, maintenance at Vic's is a good time! Thank you Vic, Alberto, and the rest of the crew at Vic's Auto for the exceptional customer service with a laugh. Never thought sitting in a tire shop waiting room would be a blast. Vic is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field and recommended to get a part fixed under warranty, rather then pay him, thus saving me money. Highly recommend!
