Excellent estate layout and build quality. Attention to detail second to none. Nothing too much trouble for site manager Darren and his team. We opted for the move assist option which the developer was offering and and the whole buying process was very smooth and quick thanks to the sales team of Nichole and Kelly who continually kept us updated with progress. Would highly recommend this developer 10/10

Absolutely terrible set up. They advertise 100% part exchange value. My house was in good order and advertised on rightmove with a local agent with many viewings booked at 195k. These jokers viewed the property and gave me a offer price of 175k. Considering smaller houses with no garages in my estate are selling for more then 175k I think this is disgusting. BUYERS BEWARE
