I was happy w the flooring itself, but the installer walked off the job halfway through and refused to return. The contractor had nobody else to finish and our living room and dining room were left uninhabitable. Thankfully I was able to find my own installer to complete the job or my family might have still been living out of our bedrooms! Unacceptable.
