We are still waiting for our colonoscopy kits in the mail...oh and did I mention our appointments were March 2, 2020. The office staff is not friendly. We are waiting for someone from this office to give us results from heart related tests...also done in March, 2020. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.

Don't be a busy person if you want to be a patient there. They terminated me as a patient because I missed a few appointments. They dont care If you die. If you can't make it to your appointment, they terminate you. No matter how sick you are.

While there is always room for improvement, I have been treated well in each of my interactions with the office both on the phone and face-to-face. The front desk staff and the Medical Assistants are efficient and thorough. Over the last three years I have had occasion to see each of the Nurse Practitioners and each of the Medical Doctors that have been there. I am happy to have St. Joseph Internal Medicine as my Primary Care Physician office. It is also nice to have access to the Patient Portal where I can pre-register for my appointments, and even request an appointment online.

Constant miscommunication. Do not go if you have a serious illness as they are ill prepared for it. Treated as a burden by the reception staff.
