Super friendly staff. Well organized! All staff provide great customer service from the ladies at the front to the nurses and doctors. The guy passing out the wristbands was very nice and welcoming!

Not professional at all. The ER doctor was pretty rude and the nurse I had wasn't very nice. I felt they were pretty cold. If you don't like your job, find something else to do. You're supposedly in a \caring\profession. Oh, yeah, then there's their so-called billers. What a nightmare. They screwed up billing my insurance, I tried multiple times to contact them by the way, and now I'm finally getting bills for my share after insurance, of course they want their money immediately. Don't bother trying to make arrangements because they never get back with you. This has been going on since June! I will never set foot in another Ascension facility again; thank God I had the option to transfey care to Alpena.

Had to visit the ER and was seen quickly; subsequent surgery was smooth and they kept my loved ones updated the whole way. Had wonderful nurses and anesthesiologist.

Terrible hospital. I had one of their surgeons tell me I must have my gall bladder removed because infection. I said no and they drugged me with heavy opiates until I said “yes”. After removal, there was no infection observed on the gall bladder. Terrible unqualified doctors work here Avoid this place like your life depends on it.

Came in with abdominal pain. Was nervous due to not being from Tawas and being 4 hours from home. Was in the ER under 3 hours with multiple tests done. Dr bob and nurse joe were very attentive and patient and talked me through everything. Very grateful for this place.
