Initial meeting went well, though no mention of rates/pricing was given. The company failed to include necessary details and information that was required on our filing, and we ended up paying much more in taxes than we expected. Their rates were almost twice what we've paid other tax preparers in the past. If you have a simple straight-forward filing they may be okay, but if any special tax situations exist, I would suggest looking for another company.
