I've just moved here. The DMV in CO is paralyzed. As in, no new drivers licenses are being issued. Fortunately, I have maintained my FL license my whole life. The folks here could not have been kinder or more efficient. The officer at the doorwas particularly kind and watched over everyone.

Was asked if wanted two years for tag never gave me tag and i was asked wanted title digitally I said yes customer rep gave me a regular title that I will receive in 30days

I am always impressed with the service I receive at the Sebastian office or on the phone or online. They are always so courteous and there is usually minimal wait time. Moved here from Palm Beach county last year so it's been a real treat to deal with the IRC tax collectors staff.

Made an appointment for the 82nd Ave location to register a newly acquired vehicle. Dep. Sheriff at the entrance was a bit surly and the person (Bronte) who handled my transaction was rude, unpleasant and condescending to me. She seemed to get nastier when I asked a question or needed clarification about part of the transaction. To make matters worse, I think I was overcharged! I have always had pleasant experiences at this location before, so was surprised at the overall unplessant experience this time. If I spoke to a customer the way she treated me, I would be looking for a job because such attitudes are not tolerated where I work . . . and should not be tolerated there either!
